Mexico’s attorney general’s office (FGR) is accusing the judiciary of practising “illegal bias” in favour of Emilio Lozoya, the former head of the state oil company Pemex for the first four years of the administration of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s predecessor Enrique Peña Nieto (2012-2018).
