MEXICO | USMCA troubles. The Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) has requested two separate dispute resolution panels under the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) in the past week. The first, requested on 17 August, relates to Mexico’s policies on biotech corn while the second, filed on 22 August, concerns a labour rights dispute.
