MEXICO | US files another labour complaint. On 7 August the Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) announced that it had asked Mexico to review whether workers at a facility of Japanese automotive parts supplier Yazaki Group in the central state of Guanajuato were being denied the rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
