MEXICO: Flood waters recede

Water levels appear to have peaked in Tabasco and the government has started to deliver emergency aid to repair the damage. On 6 November President Felipe Calderón said that the federal government has allocated M$7bn (US$690m) to disaster relief in Tabasco.
