COLOMBIA: Sarabia becomes latest Petro loyalist to face charges
Laura Sarabia, who served as foreign minister in 2025 under former president Gustavo Petro (2022-2026) and held several other highly influential roles in his government, was charged on 14 September with three offences relating to a polygraph test. She is just the latest former Petro official to face criminal charges.
