On 29 January Chile’s President-elect José Antonio Kast held talks with Bolivia’s President Rodrigo Paz designed to improve bilateral relations on the sidelines of the International Economic Forum on Latin America and the Caribbean, organised by the Latin American development bank (CAF) in Panama.
