Chile’s President Gabriel Boric began his final year in power on 11 March. He marked his third anniversary with a speech in the commune of Renca, in the metropolitan region of Santiago, flanked by his cabinet ministers and presidents of parties in the ruling coalition, during which he listed various of his government’s achievements.
