MEXICO: FGR advances investigation into Sinaloa DTO arrests
On 21 August the office of Mexico’s federal attorney general (FGR) announced that it had prepared an arrest warrant for the crime of kidnapping for Joaquín Guzmán López, one of the alleged leaders of the Sinaloa drug trafficking organisation (DTO) who was arrested in the US on 25 July.
