BOLIVIA: Morales says will run for a fourth term despite court ruling
On 31 December Bolivia’s former president Evo Morales (2006-2019) claimed he remains legally entitled to run for the presidency for a fourth term in 2025 despite a 29 December ruling by the plurinational constitutional court (TCP) stating that no more than two presidential terms, whether consecutive or not, are permissible.
