PARAGUAY: Justice ministry infiltrated by drug gang
On 2 October Paraguay’s justice minister, Ángel Ramón Barchini Cibils, denounced that his office had been infiltrated by the drug trafficking organisation (DTO) Clan Rotela, which vies with the Brazilian criminal group Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).
