BRAZIL: The noose tightens around Petrobras

For the better part of the past year, Brazil’s President Jair Bolsonaro has played a game of good cop/bad cop with the state oil company Petrobras. He would blast the company for raising fuel prices to make astronomic profits, and fire its president, but then do little more, saying his hands were tied. Developments this week suggest that this could be about to change.
