ARGENTINA: Government seeks to avoid winter gas shortages
During a visit to Buenos Aires by Bolivia’s President Luis Arce on 7 April, the two governments signed a memorandum of understanding on sales of Bolivian natural gas that the Argentine authorities hope will prevent any domestic supply shortages in the coming southern hemisphere winter (roughly May to September).
