Juan Guaidó is back in Venezuela. After an absence of 10 days during which he sought to rally support among South American heads of state, the widely recognised interim president flew into the main international airport outside Caracas and swept through customs and immigration. Guaidó risked arrest after defying the supreme court (TSJ), which had issued a resolution barring him from leaving the country, when he crossed the border on 22 February to the Colombian city of Cúcuta to oversee efforts to push humanitarian aid into Venezuela.
