BRAZIL: Ladies who lunch

Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff marked one month in office with her first trip abroad - to Argentina. She was received with open arms, in an historic moment, by her female peer Cristina Fernández. Any perceived 'offence' caused by the recently widowed Fernández's absence at Dilma's swearing-in ceremony was swept away in a day of celebration. No detail was too small for Fernández, and Dilma was both gracious and generous towards her hostess.
