Mercosur deal on services. Twelve years after signing a free trade agreement with Mercosur, Chile, an associate member of the customs union, signed an accord on services, which embraces consultancies, postal services, integrated engineering services, telecommunications, land transport, forestry and the maintenance and operation of aircrafts and ships.
