HONDURAS: Electricity problems

The influential Consejo Hondureño de Empresa Privada (Cohep) is calling for the resignation of Roberto Martínez Lozano the general manager of the Empresa Nacional de Energía Eléctrica (Enee), because of a controversial deal with Westport, to buy up to 100MW of emergency back-up power over the next 16 years.
