Development: The People's Environmental Assembly of Gualeguaychú (Argentina) resumed blocking the access road from Gualeguaychú to Fray Bentos, Uruguay on 5 April in response to the significantly shortened 10-day suspension of construction on the Finn Botnia paper mill. It was supposed to last 90 days.
