In the third quarter the economy grew by 3.24%, year-on-year, according to the official Instituto Nacional de Estadí­stica (INE). The main drivers of growth were mining (up 10.7% year-on-year) and construction (up 8.9%) while manufacturing industry and agriculture both registered growth after contracting in the first half of the year.
