Mexico’s government led by President Claudia Sheinbaum has rejected the findings of a new report from the United Nations (UN) Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED). The report, which was released on 2 April, urged the UN Secretary-General to bring the situation of enforced disappearances in Mexico before the UN General Assembly (UNGA).
