In yearly terms the Imai was down 0.1%, following a rise of 1.3% in December, a decline of -0.1% in November, and a decline of -0.5% in October.  Year-on-year, manufacturing was down 1.7% but construction was up 5.0%, utilities by 0.6%, and mining by 1.0%.
