Argentina’s unions to square off against Milei

Argentina’s President Javier Milei will soon face the first serious challenge since his victory in last October’s mid-term congressional elections. The country’s powerful trade union movement is limbering up to confront Milei over his government’s proposed labour reform. Milei sent the labour reform initiative to congress last month in the flush of his electoral triumph.
