Supreme court (STF) justice Alexandre de Moraes issued an order on 15 January for former president Jair Bolsonaro (2019-2023), who was convicted in September for plotting a coup d’état, to be transferred from the federal police (PF) jail in Brasília to the Papuda prison complex outside of the capital.
