COLOMBIA: Uribe’s brother sentenced for paramilitary activities
On 25 November a Colombian court sentenced Santiago Uribe, the brother of former president Álvaro Uribe (2002-2010), to 28 years in prison for crimes against humanity, murder, and criminal conspiracy, relating to his role in founding and financing a paramilitary group.
