Peru’s President Dina Boluarte delivered her final state-of-the nation address to congress on 28 July. With a rock-bottom approval rating of 2.1% and disapproval rating of 97%, it is fair to say that the vast majority of the Peruvian public will not be upset to see the back of Boluarte this time next year.
