COLOMBIA: Private healthcare hits back as Petro makes last push for reform
On 16 July Spanish businessman Joseba Grajales, president of the US-headquartered healthcare company Keralty which owns the Sanitas private health insurer (EPS) in Colombia, announced plans to sue the Colombian government after President Gustavo Petro called him a “criminal”.
