MEXICO-US: Busting the Cali-Juárez connection

At a time when drug warriors in the US are complaining that conflicts elsewhere in the world have been diverting resources from the counternarcotics effort in the hemisphere, the Mexican authorities are patting themselves on the back. The reason: they say that their recent capture of Guatemalan trafficker Otto Roberto Herrera Garcí­a has severely disrupted one of the most important drug supply channels to the US.
