MEXICO: New EU trade deal aims to up trade and cooperation

In January, Mexico and the European Union (EU) agreed to an updated version of a trade agreement that has been in force since 2000, aiming to boost trade and cooperation amid increasing worries over a global trade war sparked by US President Donald Trump’s tariff threats.
