Argentina seems to be condemned to having presidents and vice presidents who are barely on speaking terms. On the left, former president Alberto Fernández (2019-2023) seemed to be caught in a never-ending feud with his vice president, Cristina Fernández (who herself previously served as president [2007-2015]). Now, the battle is being fought on the right between President Javier Milei and Vice President Victoria Villarruel.
