MEXICO: Energy reform on the agenda as Sheinbaum poised to take office
On 28 September the leader of Mexico’s ruling left-wing Movimiento Regeneración Nacional (Morena) in the lower chamber of congress, Ricardo Monreal, said that deputies would discuss energy reform in the first few days after the inauguration of Claudia Sheinbaum as president on 1 October.
