VENEZUELA: Opposition facing retaliation for publishing voting tallies
On 5 September Venezuela’s Attorney General Tarek William Saab indicated that criminal charges will be brought against three detained opposition figures in relation to the publication of voting tallies which were suppressed by the national electoral council (CNE) following the disputed 28 July presidential election.
