HONDURAS: Key figures summoned amid fallout of Hernández conviction
On 6 August Honduras’ attorney general, Johel Zelaya, announced that 36 people mentioned in relation to the trials in the US linked to and including that of former president Juan Orlando Hernández (Partido Nacional, PN, 2014-2022), who received a 45-year sentence in June for drug- and weapons-related crimes, would be called for questioning.
