PARAGUAY: Peña boosted by investment grade
On 26 July Paraguay’s President Santiago Peña welcomed the decision announced on the same day by international credit ratings agency Moody’s to award Paraguay investment grade status, which he said would “boost the creation of quality jobs, investment in infrastructure and the diversification of our economy”.
