Early this morning (8 July) Argentina’s President Javier Milei, Economy Minister Luis Caputo, and Cabinet Chief Guillermo Francos promulgated the ‘Ley de Bases’, or omnibus bill of reforms, and an associated fiscal reform bill which were given final approval by the lower chamber of congress at the end of June.
