COLOMBIA: Petro conducts cabinet reshuffle
Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro has announced a drip feed of cabinet changes over the course of this week, the most significant of which was at the interior ministry. Petro followed the dismissal of his interior minister, Luis Fernando Velasco, by announcing a renewed endeavour to convene a constituent assembly to reform the constitution.
