VENEZUELA: Censorship – or boredom?

Venezuela’s President Nicolás Maduro claims he is the victim of a “communications blockade” and that social media platforms are censoring him. The opposition believes he is much more of a censor than a victim of censorship. Either way, social media is moving centre-stage in the running battle over the 28 July presidential election.
