PERU: Gov’t removes police support for anti-corruption unit
On 9 May Peru’s interior ministry announced the dissolution of the police team that supports the country’s special anti-corruption task force (Eficcop), which is currently investigating President Dina Boluarte and the suspended attorney general Patricia Benavides.
