Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programmes are hugely important for those Caribbean countries that have them, namely Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts & Nevis, and St Lucia, but they also cause anxieties over the type of people who might be benefiting from the programmes.
