Arifin Tasrif following a meeting in Caracas. According to a Pdvsa statement, the Venezuelan and Indonesian delegations
“analysed business and investment opportunities in crude and gas, especially regarding the granting of offshore gas licences and projects in the west and east of the country”. Tellechea said that the agreement with Indonesia
