BRAZIL: Former São Paulo mayor to join campaign of Lula’s candidate
On 10 January the mayor’s office of São Paulo, Brazil’s largest city, confirmed the resignation of the municipal secretary for international relations, Marta Suplicy, a former mayor of São Paulo (2001-2005), who will run to be the deputy of left-wing mayoral candidate Guilherme Boulos.
