COSTA RICA-HONDURAS | Visa dispute resolved. The governments of Costa Rica and Honduras, led by President Rodrigo Chaves and Xiomara Castro respectively, have announced a resolution to a spat which erupted following the decision by Chaves to impose visas on Hondurans, citing security concerns [WR-23-42]. This had led Honduras to respond in kind, prompting an outcry from trade lobbies.
