CHILE: Kast takes risk on new constitution
The leader of Chile’s far-right opposition Partido Republicano (PR), José Antonio Kast, took a significant step this week by coming out strongly in favour of the new constitution that the constitutional council completed drafting on 4 October. This will go to a national referendum on 17 December.
