* Argentina’s national statistics institute (Indec) has released its figures on industrial manufacturing and construction in July, which showed that in year-on-year terms, industrial production was down 3.9% while construction was down 5.8%. In monthly terms industrial production was down 1.2% but construction was up 1.1%.
