VENEZUELA: Capriles and Rosales forge electoral alliance
Henrique Capriles Radonski, a presidential aspirant from the Venezuelan opposition party Primero Justicia (PJ), and Manuel Rosales, the governor of the western state of Zulia and a founding member of the opposition party Un Nuevo Tiempo (UNT), appear to be forming a de facto electoral alliance. Opposition parties are preparing alliances ahead of staging presidential primary elections on 22 October.
