Massa’s economic package unlikely to cut the mustard

In a series of social media video announcements on 27 August, Argentina’s economy minister and presidential hopeful Sergio Massa announced a wide and complex range of economic measures designed to put some extra money in people’s pockets. It is being described as a second ‘plan platita’ and like the first, seems unlikely to succeed.
