* Mexico’s national statistics institute (Inegi) has released the latest figures for the consumer price index (INPC), which showed that inflation increased by 0.1% in June compared to the previous month. However, annual inflation continued to fall, standing at 5.06%, down from 5.84% in April. Core inflation increased by 0.3% in June, standing at 6.89% in annual terms.
