MEXICO: Presidential race triggers ministerial reshuffle
On 14 June Martí Batres and Alicia Bárcena respectively were confirmed to take over as the new mayor of Mexico City (CDMX) and as Mexico's new foreign minister, due to a wider reshuffle triggered by the launch of the campaign for the ruling left-wing Movimiento Regeneración Nacional (Morena) party’s 2024 presidential nomination.
