*Honduras’s state-owned energy company Empresa Nacional de Energía Eléctrica (ENEE) has announced an agreement worth over US$60m with Spanish engineering and construction company, Elecnor, for the construction, expansion, and improvement of various electricity substations across the country as well as improvements to the transmission network. The investment contemplates 11 projects in the transmission network.
