BRAZIL | New Petrobras leadership to be approved. On 13 April, the shareholders of Brazil’s state-controlled oil company Petrobras elected new members to the company’s board, including the government’s latest appointee for CEO, José Maura Ferreira Coelho. Marcio Andrade Weber was re-elected board member and appointed chairman. Coelho’s appointment as CEO was expected to be ratified as we went to press on 14 April.
