PERU: Corte-IDH overturns Fujimori pardon
On 8 April, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (Corte-IDH) ordered the Peruvian authorities not to release former president Alberto Fujimori (1990-2000) from prison, overruling a pardon granted by Peru’s constitutional court (TC) on 17 March.
