COLOMBIA: Leader of Clan del Golfo captured
On 23 October, the Colombian security forces captured Dairo Antonio Úsuga David (‘Otoniel’), the country’s most wanted drug trafficker and the leader of the Autodefensas Gaitanistas de Colombia (AGC) drug trafficking organisation (DTO), also known as the ‘Clan del Golfo’.
